scorching hot today. [ DuH - 2 ] + wingyan went carnival @marina. we were like dunno which way to go, n have to reduce to picking up the littered map on the ground n find our way there. the Arts village is way inside the carnival, hidden at some isolated corner la, n we have to walk for about 30 mins to reach it. we were supposed to watch our CO juniors perform on the cramp stage, n we were like so extra la, took some chairs n positioned ourselves right in front of the stage like idiots while the other audiences were seated under the shade around us. it was so damn hot. anyway after that we walked all the way back out of the carnival then to the MRT station. there is actually buses to transport us back to the MRT station, but we forgot to cross the road, so we have to persist on our way on the deserted sidewalk, while others enjoy the comfort of air-conditioned bus. it felt as if we travel back time where we were having the milkrun. my legs are so tired, moreover my bag is so heavy wif the tuition stuff. haha i dunno wat will become of me if there wasnt sylvia n char to help me carry my bag. so touched. anyway we took the MRT to orchard cos i wanna buy slippers n wingyan suggested far east plaza. ther was plenty of seats in the train, so we were quite relaxed. i bought this white n red slippers for $9.90, a bit the not patriotic la. but i think we are not allowed to wear slippers to school for the national day celebration on mon, so wasted. then we went starbucks n met up wif tammy n linfeng. the cashier guy is so irritating la, dont understand my order n make me irritated. poor attitude. haha then we sang the birthday song outside the MRT station for jiantong, n she was so embarrassed la. then she quickly ran off wif wingyan. so the rest of us went heeren n walked about. once, we went into the wallet shop n i n tammy n char started figuring out the interesting quotes on the wallets. n we managed to fit them into our conservation:

well doesnt make senses right? haha but is so funny. can interchange the order of the quotes too.
then we went cineleisure the jap food restaurant n i bought this tempura combo for $3.90. char saw this benjamin guy from singapore idol on our way back to somerset mrt, n they was like he so cute he so charming all those. haha n i dont even know who he is. i managed to rush home in time to watch tian long ba bu. only missed 15 mins. this episode so sad la, duan zheng chun n all his wives died, n duan yu is actually that ugly crippled evil guy's son. hoohoo.

oh by the way today is jiantong's birthday! happy birthday!!
