Friday, April 29, 200510:07 PMsPorTs dAy sports day!!! so hot. should i feel happy or sad? happy tat there's no sch in the morning n can wake up late.... or sad tat dunno how many hrs do i hav to stand under the sun n probably become bbq? well anyway i only wore my pinofore over the blue hse tee n shorts so i never bring any bag. quite troublesome i tink n there's nothing to bring also. erm mayb my water bottle. but i juz hold it in my hands. the sports thing started at 3.45 i tink cos we took a long time to assemble on the field. moreover there was quite a no. of props tat blue hse pple got to wear like hat(watever), eye mask(gosh!), tis paper thing round the neck( called "dolly" i tink), cans( as usual), n tis fan( the best prop ever). so everyone was fanning themselves. then we did the cheer in front of the judges n ran back to the specs stand. next was the most exciting part of the event- the cheerleaders of various hse performing. yellow was good, blue was well done( with the ms nair n tat male teacher dancing of cos), red was not bad n green was ok. yup. then was the running event. it started raining n everyone was like squeezing to get into the sheltered part of the specs stand. haha. actually today weather was quite ok cos there was a lot of dark clouds n they covered the irritating sun. n although it rained for a few mins, it was cooling. then after 20 mins the running thing was continued. yellow hse was in the lead now, blue was second by 40 something points, red third n green fourth. the yellow hse runners keep getting first la. then blue is always overtaken by them... wat the hell. in the end yellow got the overall championship, blue only got 2nd. but blue got first for the secondary champion leh. fine. after so many yrs of champion we r kind enough to give up the space to other hse. we cannot be so selfish. so congrats yellow!!!
